Volker Boer was born 1968 in the beautiful city Cologne, Germany. Today, he lives in the Lohmar with his wonderful family. He was working as a cook for some years and then he became a retailer in the filed of Terraruim/Aquarium fpr around 15 years. He discovered the enjoymnet of smoking pipe at the age of 18. In the early 2004, he became more interested in the world of smoking pipes and tried to smoke and experience lots of pipe's brands and tobaccos. Finally, he starts to make his own handmade pipes at his home and in his work place. Now, his professional pipes under the trade name of "Bier-Pfeifen" are presenting in Germany.
